June 26-29
- We headed down to Bainbridge, New York for a 4 day cluster of
shows. Polly, Hari and Dulcie were entered.
Day 1- Hari won Best of Breed for her first 2 American points and Polly won
Reserve Winners. Judge was Mr. Thomas Nesbitt from Ontario, Canada.

Day 2- Polly won Best of Breed for 2 more points and Hari won Reserve
Winners. Judge was Dr. Ronald I. Spritzer from the USA.

Day 3- Polly won Best of Breed for 2 points and Dulcie won Reserve Winners.
Judge was Mrs. Carol Spritzer from the USA.

Day 4- Polly won Best of Breed again for 2 more points and Dulcie won
Reserve Winners. Judge was Mrs. Lisa Warren from the USA.

We had many lovely compliments from the judges and had a very fun weekend
despite the hot, humid, rainy weather. Polly now has 12 points and 2 majors
towards her American Championship. She sure is making us proud!

May 30- June 1- We had another wonderful weekend at the Aurora Kennel Club
dog show.

Day 1, Hari (Starchild's Red Spy at Osiris) won Best of Winners for another
2 points and Brodie won Best of Breed. Judge was Ms. Soile Bister from
Finland.

Day 2, we only had the three puppies entered. Mac (Osiris Ghost Rider) won
Best of Breed for 2 points and to top it off, he won Best Puppy In Group!
Judge was Mrs. M. Mincey from BC, Canada.

Day 3, Polly (Osiris Lady In Red) won Best of Breed for 2 points to finish
her CANADIAN CHAMPIONSHIP owner handled! Thank you to Mr. E. Mincey from BC,
Canada.

Brittany also showed in Junior Handling showing Mac, our 10 month old puppy,
and won Best Overall Junior Handler! Judge was Ms. Allison Cowie.

May 23-24- Polly and Hari were entered at the Scarborough Kennel Club dog
shows both days. Polly won Best of Breed for 1 point each day. Thank you
judges, Conny Gutierrez Otero and Natalie Dunfee! Polly now has 7 points
towards her CKC Championship!

May 17-18- We headed down to Alexander, NY with 4 Pharaoh Hounds and 1 Dandie Dinmont. There were two all-breed dog shows this weekend, Olean Kennel Club and Wyoming Valley Kennel Club. The first day our Polly (Osiris Lady In Red) won Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite for a 3 point Major! Dulcie (Ch. Xo's Pure Energy) won Reserves Winners Bitch. Hari (Starchild's Red Spy at Osiris) had won her Junior Puppy class and Brodie won Best of Breed and Best of Winners for a 3 point Major to finish his American Championship!! Judge was Dr. John Reeve-Newson, ON CAN.

The second day was very cold and bitter and the dogs did not want to perform.  Nonetheless, Hari had placed 2nd in her class, Polly had won Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite for her 2nd 3 point Major, Dulcie won Reserve Winners Bitch and Brodie won Best of Breed as a Special. Judge was Mr. William Bergum, CA USA. We had received wonderful complements from both judges as well! It was a very successful, great weekend. Pictures will be posted soon.

May 2-3- Polly and Hari were shown at the Seaway KC dog shows. The first day, Hari won Best of Breed and Best of Winners for her first 2 points!! Polly won Reserve Winners. Thank you judge Heather Langfeld. The second day, Hari placed 2nd in her class and Polly won Reserve Winners under judge Patricia Lanctot.

April 25-26 2008
- Polly (Osiris Lady In Red), Hari (Starchild's Red Spy at Osiris), and Tess (Ch. Glahms Tess of The Dandivilles) all did very well at the Victoria County dog shows this week! Polly won Best of Breed for 1 point each day under judges, Maida Puterman and Cheryl Myers Egerton. Tess won Best of Breed also under judge Maurice Tougas. Also, to top the day off Brittany won Best Overall Junior Handler showing Tess. Way to go Britt!!

April 13 2008
- Reign passed The American International Herding Dog Association test for Basic Herding Instinct!! He was also entered at two AKC Dog Shows in Perry, Georgia. There was a total of 8 Pharaoh Hounds both days and Reign won Reserve Winners Dog. Unfortunately there was no points for this but we are still very proud of his wins. Congratulations Sandy and Reign!

March 27-30 2008 -
Brodie was sent up to the Nickel District Kennel Club dog shows this weekend with our good friend and Shetland Sheepdog breeder/handler Cheryl Pike.

In all, there were 5 all-breed dog shows and 1 Specials-Only (of any country) formal event. Brodie won 3 Group 3rd's, 1 Group 2nd (Nickel Classic) and another Group 1st!

Way to go Brodie and Cheryl!

Thank-you to judges Joy Hodgkinson, Javier Ramirez, Donald Fitzsimmons, Deborah Graffmann and all the judges who judged the Nickel Classic.

February 25 2008-
Well we decided to go the last day to the Ontario Breeders show, despite having the flu. Only Polly and Mac entered this day and Polly won Best of Breed and Best Puppy for 1 more point! Thank-you judge, Mr. Alan Ewles.

- Last day at Ontario Breeders, Brodie won Best of Breed for the 3rd time and also made the cut in group, unfortunately he did not place. Mac also won Best of Winners again for another point! The Judge was Mr. Bruce Owen.

February 23 2008 - Ontario Breeders day two, Brodie won Best of Breed again and this time Mac won Best of Winners for 1 point and Polly won Best of Opposite under judge Mr. Dave Patterson. Mac is a super show dog with such a great attitude!

February 22 2008 - First day at Ontario Breeders dog show and we were very successful! We had our 3 PH entered, Brodie, Mac & Polly. Brodie won Best of Breed and Polly won Best of Opposite and Best of Winners for 1 point under judge Mr. Fred Gordon

February 2 2008- We showed Polly (Osiris Lady In Red) and Mac (Osiris Ghost Rider) at the Wildwood Kennel Club dog show for one day. Both showed great for having no show experience. Polly is certainly a PRO already at this game considering she won Best Of Breed and Best Puppy for 1 point. Brittany also showed Polly in the Bred By Exhibitor class and won Best Bred By! They looked great.
